Intermediate Designer/project manager
Join our Design/Build team delivering a white-glove experience to our clients. We are seeking an experienced project manager with a design and construction background. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects. They will take the design package, line up and manage our many trusted vendors and sub-contractors. They will work directly with the procurement team to ensure everything arrives onsite, and manage any errors or damage. We’re a small team, so we are looking for a hardworking candidate who is also willing to jump in and help out wherever necessary.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Serve as a liaison between the design team, contractors and client
Line up vendors and subcontractors for project start and maintain communications throughout project
Confirm all materials on site in advance of project start date
Proficiency in Adobe Suite required; AutoCAD a plus
Work with procurement manager to ensure all items are approved, ordered and on track
Assist in estimate and quote development as necessary
Self-motivated, organized and a great team player!
