In the midst of a bustling, vibrant city, Studio Envie founder and principal, Jennifer Carter's Brooklyn duplex is a quiet haven. Using her environment as inspiration, Jenn weaves industrial design into her home, alongside softer, modern pieces and a touch of traditional design to round it out. The welcoming living room is a mix of warm colors, wood, metal and leather, complemented by oversized seating, plush pillows and soft throws.
Jenn's home office is a force to be reckoned with - peg boards reach toward the ceiling holding color and fabric swatches, and several work stations allow staff a comfortable place to spread floor plans, budgets and layouts. There is even a seating area to meet with clients and review projects.
